1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MJaffar website ("Site") and my services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site or my services.

2. Services

I provide web development services including but not limited to: frontend development, backend development, web application development, WordPress development, website redesign, debugging, and API development. The scope, timeline, and cost of each project will be agreed upon before work begins.

3. Project Process

• All projects begin with a discussion to understand your requirements
• A project proposal including scope, timeline, and cost will be provided
• Work begins upon agreement and receipt of any agreed-upon deposit
• Regular updates will be provided throughout the development process
• Final delivery occurs after testing and your approval

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be agreed upon before the project starts
• For larger projects, a deposit (typically 50%) may be required upfront
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the proposal stage
• Late payments may result in project delays

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the completed project are transferred to the client. This includes source code, design files, and any other deliverables created specifically for the project. I reserve the right to use general knowledge, skills, and techniques acquired during the project for other work.

Any pre-existing code, libraries, or tools I use that are not created specifically for your project remain my property or the property of their respective owners.

6. Revisions & Changes

The project proposal will include a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Significant changes to the project scope after work has begun may require a revised timeline and budget.

7. Confidentiality

I treat all client information and project details as confidential. I will not share your proprietary information, business data, or project details with any third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Warranty & Support

I provide a limited warranty period after project delivery to fix any bugs or issues that arise from the original development work. This does not cover issues caused by third-party modifications, server changes, or new feature requests. Ongoing support and maintenance can be arranged separately.

9. Limitation of Liability

I strive to deliver high-quality work, but I cannot guarantee specific results such as increased traffic, sales, or conversions. My liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. I am not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project with written notice. In the event of cancellation, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the amount of work already performed.

11. Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, and code samples, is the property of MJaffar unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without my written permission.

12. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
